Knee Deep in Nature's Beauty

I confess, I've never been one to take part in the annual tradition that's come to be known as Leaf Peeping. When you're raised with something, as I was in the great green north, you tend to take it for granted. And that's what happened with me and fall foliage.
Then we moved south and discovered mountain ranges! They certainly do add to the whole effect and hence, my appreciation for this Rite of Fall.

Ain't we photogenic?

Naturally, the Great Unwashed Masses were out in full force. Many of them with rugrats in tow. Here's the PIC reacting to some of the youngins who (we felt) we're getting a little too close to the edge:

"Where are their parents!?"

But hey, they're not ours to worry about.
