Memories...

It's been a year (to the day) since I moved out of my condo -- sold it -- yay! And for some reason I'm still getting mail forwarded to me from that address. (Let's not go into the fact that I've had 3-to-4 other (unofficial) residences since then.) Most recently, I got a call for jury duty.
Not that I mind. I served jury duty when I lived in NYC. It was fascinating. Drugs, AIDS, murder(?). It was fascinating. Hung jury. But it makes you wonder exactly how far behind the public service sector is in these things.

Looking closer at the jury duty questionnaire I just received, it's for Federal Court. Bummer! They get all the juicy cases.

Sigh. Maybe this will jack me up on the list for jury duty here. And maybe I'll get something cool.
